The November 6 edition of WWE NXT is set to broadcast live from the iconic 2300 Arena, formerly known as the ECW Arena, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In celebration of the ECW legacy, WWE has lined up an exciting slate of matches and segments to honor wrestling history.
Due to the U.S. Presidential Election on November 5, this special NXT episode will air on Wednesday. In the previous episode, NXT Heritage Cup Champion Charlie Dempsey and NXT Tag Team Champions Nathan Frazer and Axiom successfully defended their titles, while newcomer Zaria made an impactful debut. This week, the action continues as NXT Champion Trick Williams teams up with WWE Hall of Famer Bubba Ray Dudley to face Ethan Page and Ridge Holland. This tag match marks a unique blend of old and new with the ECW Arena as the backdrop.
Fans can also expect intense competition as Lola Vice and Jaida Parker clash in a hardcore match. At Halloween Havoc, NXT General Manager Ava announced this encounter, with ECW legend Dawn Marie as the special guest referee. The rivalry heated up when Vice attacked Parker after a recent tag match, setting the stage for a brutal showdown.
Another highlight features Zaria’s progression in NXT. After an impressive debut against Brinley Reece on October 29, Zaria was confronted by Fatal Influence over an altercation at Halloween Havoc. The ensuing chaos saw Cora Jade, Roxanne Perez, and others join in, resulting in a ten-woman tag team match for next week at 2300 Arena.
To top it off, Je’Von Evans will face Wes Lee, continuing their escalating feud. WWE Hall of Famer Rob Van Dam has also expressed interest in the event, with appearances from ECW alumni like Francine and possible surprises.
