The September 10, 2024, episode of WWE NXT will air live from the Capitol Wrestling Center in Orlando, Florida, marking the NXT Season Premiere. One of the key storylines is Ridge Holland, who betrayed Chase University at NXT No Mercy, now facing Duke Hudson, who seeks redemption. Speculation suggests Holland will defeat Hudson and continue his assault post-match, only for other members of Chase U to make the save. Trick Williams and Pete Dunne will finally settle their heated rivalry in a Last Man Standing match, with rumors swirling that Sheamus may interfere to help Trick Williams secure a win. Additionally, Nathan Frazer and Axiom will defend their NXT Tag Team Championship against Zachary Wentz and Trey Miguel in a rematch, with speculation that Wes Lee could play a role in Frazer and Axiom retaining their titles.
Charlie Dempsey of the NQCC will put his NXT Heritage Cup Championship on the line against the youngest talent on the NXT roster, Je’Von Evans, in a British Rounds match. The TNA Knockouts Champion, Jordynne Grace, will also make an appearance to issue an open challenge for her Knockouts Championship. Rumors suggest that Sol Ruca, Lola Vice, or Jaida Parker might accept, but Grace is likely to retain her title. Fans will also witness the much-anticipated in-ring debut of Giulia after being teased at No Mercy and last week’s NXT episode. She will face Chelsea Green, with speculation pointing to Giulia’s victory. After the match, Roxanne Perez may attempt to attack Giulia, but the latter is expected to escape.
